1. Who we are

Elormera is an online marketplace that connects independent sellers with buyers. Elormera is not the seller of items listed by stores.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older (or have a guardian’s permission) and give accurate information. You’re responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

3. Buying

Prices are in cedis (GH₵) and include the seller’s price plus the delivery fee shown at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment partner. Your payment is held until the order completes as described in our Returns & refunds policy.

4. Selling

Sellers must own what they list, describe items honestly (including flaws), ship within the stated time, and keep all payments on Elormera. Elormera charges the commission shown on the Seller fees page. Sellers are responsible for any taxes on their sales.

5. Prohibited items & behaviour

No counterfeit, stolen, illegal or dangerous items; no harassment, spam, or asking buyers to pay outside Elormera. Reels, live streams and messages must not contain offensive content.

6. Auctions

Bids are binding. The highest bidder when an auction ends (and above any reserve) must pay within the time shown, or may lose bidding privileges.

7. Disputes

Report problems through the order page. Elormera may review evidence from both sides and decide whether to release payment to the seller or refund the buyer.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Elormera is not liable for indirect losses or for the quality of items sold by independent sellers beyond the protections described above.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Elormera is registered.
